Is the quote really fixed?
Yes, for everything in the drawings and the written scope. If you change the scope, or we find something hidden such as rot or old wiring, we show you, price it in writing and only continue once you approve.
Do you handle permits and drawings?
We prepare measured drawings, submit permit applications and coordinate structural engineers and inspections as part of the project.
Can we live at home during the work?
Usually, yes. We phase the work, seal off dusty areas and keep a working kitchen or bathroom for as long as possible.
How do payments work?
A deposit to book your start date, then stage payments tied to finished milestones in the programme. Nothing is due for work that isn't done.
What does the guarantee cover?
Two years on our workmanship, plus the manufacturers' warranties on appliances, fixtures and materials, handed over in one folder.
